We do not own, operate, or control the vehicles or drivers providing transportation services. Users are responsible for selecting and booking transportation services based on their preferences and requirements.

2. Users and Service Providers Responsibilities:

Users and service providers are responsible for providing and verifying accurate and up-to-date information, including pick-up/drop-off locations, scheduling preferences, and any special instructions.

Users are responsible for verifying the credentials, qualifications, and suitability of van drivers, fleets, or vehicle owners before booking transportation services.

3. No Liability:

MEGO Lines assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, conduct, or performance of van drivers, fleet operators, or vehicle owners providing transportation services.

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or reliability of transportation services provided by third-party service providers.

4. No Refund Policy:

MEGO Lines operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including cancellations, changes, or dissatisfaction with the services provided.

5. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of disputes or issues arising between users and service providers, MEGO Lines may facilitate communication and mediation to resolve conflicts amicably.

However, MEGO Lines does not guarantee resolution or outcomes of disputes and shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from such disputes.
